Fall & Winter Heating

Our winter preventive maintenance package includes the following services:

  • Inspect burners and clean as necessary
  • Inspect pilot assembly and clean as necessary
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check CO level
  • Check heat rise
  • Check fan limit operation
  • Check thermostat operation / Aquastat
  • Check electrical connections
  • Check pressure switches
  • Check thermocouple
  • Check ignition control
  • Check air filter – change filter (supplied by owner)
  • Lubricate motor bearings
  • Check and adjust fan belt
  • Check for outside combustion air – ensure it is open and screen is clear
  • Inspect vent termination
  • Check / lube circulating pump

  • Check and blowout condensate drain if accessible

  • Check belt, adjust tension if necessary
